Qenvario ("the Service") is an online presence tool that lets you create a public profile page with your links, bio, and social handles. By using Qenvario, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
You are responsible for all content and links you add to your Qenvario profile. You agree not to post, link to, or promote content that is:
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.
Your profile page at qenvario.com/[username] is publicly accessible to anyone on the internet. Do not include sensitive personal information in your public profile.
Qenvario is a live service. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features and functionality may change over time.
Qenvario offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you agree to the terms below.
Billing and renewal. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. The renewal charge will be the same amount as your initial subscription price unless you are notified of a change in advance.
Cancellation. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain Pro access until that date. No partial-month refunds are issued for unused time in the current period.
Refunds. Payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@qenvario.com within 14 days of the charge. We will review each request individually.
Payment processing. Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment partner, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Your payment details are handled by Paddle and are subject to their terms and privacy policy. Qenvario does not store your credit card number or other payment credentials.
Downgrade behavior. If your Pro subscription lapses — due to cancellation or payment failure — your account returns to the Free plan. Your existing content, links, and settings are never deleted. If you have more than 10 links at the time of downgrade, your existing links remain visible on your public page, but adding new links is paused until you reduce your link count to 10 or renew your Pro subscription.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, accurate, or free of errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Qenvario and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or zero, if you have not made any payments).
We may update these Terms from time to time. If you continue using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date above when changes are made.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
